We actively work with councils and referral authorities rather than against them. Our experience on both sides of the planning counter means we know how to present applications that address the key issues upfront, reducing delays and unnecessary back-and-forth.

We're straightforward about costs, timelines, and the likelihood of success. If a project is going to face challenges, we'll tell you early so you can make informed decisions.

Qualifications and Accreditation

  • FPAA BPAD Accredited Bushfire Consultant

  • 15+ years of town planning experience

  • Extensive local and state government experience

  • Experienced VCAT advocate.
